Charging Frank Gresham, president of the Guthrie Milling Company, with assault and battery, W. H. Coyle yesterday swore out a police court warrant for the mill man's arrest. The trial will be held before his Honor, Mayor John Hartman this evening at 5 o'clock. Chief of Police Mitchell was busy today enlarging the seating capacity of the municipal court room to accomodate the large number of witnesses and probable spectators. Both sides are prepared for emergencies.
