Leo O'Neal, 48, of Marshall Thursday was serving a three-months sentence in the county jail after he pleaded guilty earlier this week to charges of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
O'Neal was arrested last Sunday on a county road about 3 1/2 miles east and 1 1/2 miles north of Crescent. (Logan County)
The sentence is one of the stiffest handed out in recent months on a similar charge.
